Toys

He drew the artwork on the header cards for Corgi model's range of X-Ploratron die-cast
Die-cast toy
The term die-cast toy here refers to any toy or collectible model produced by using the die casting method. The toys are made of metal, with plastic, rubber or glass details. Wholly plastic toys are made by a similar process of injection moulding, but the two are rarely confused...

 models. (Diecast Collector Magazine, September 2006 issue, page 38)

The four X-Ploratron models were;
  • Corgi Model Number 2022; "X4 Scanotron"
  • Corgi Model Number 2023; "X1 Rocketron"
  • Corgi Model Number 2024; "X2 Lasertron"
  • Corgi Model Number 2026; "X3 Magnetron"

It is unknown if Ezquerra was given full details on the function of each X-Ploratron model or the abilities, or was simply just sent the models and asked to draw a short, four panel comic strip about them, as on some he appears to have added extra powers / features not present in the actual models themselves.
