. In the 2006 U.S. Open Cup, Carr has scored three goals and two assists - statistics not included in MLS statistics of league-only games. Carr had a strong season in 2007, but was injured in 2008, with a return to the MLS Chicago Fire a year later, in July 2009.
Carr remained with Chicago into the 2011 season. He was traded to Houston Dynamo
in exchange for Dominic Oduro
on March 23, 2011.
Carr then entered the game for the first time in a Houston Dynamo jersey against the New England Revolution in the 80th minute of the game in the 1-1 tie on August 6, 2011.
