Club Deportivo Juventud Olímpica Metalio, commonly known as Juventud Olímpica are a Salvadoran
professional football
club based in several locations including Sonsonate
and also Barrio Santa Anita, San Salvador.
to be named Juventus, however one year the club reverted back to its old name leaving for club maya to become defunct.
In 1974-1975, the club rebranded itself as Negocios Internacionales and it only lasted one year reverting back to Juventud Olímpica.
They were relegated from Primera División de Fútbol Profesional
after 2000 season.
They currently play in the Tercera División de Fútbol Salvadoreño
after being relegated in 2004.
In 2007. the club ceased operations and no longer exist.
