Blue Ridge Community and Technical College

'''Blue Ridge Community and Technical College''' is a [[community college|two-year]] [[college]] located in [[Martinsburg, West Virginia|Martinsburg]], in [[Berkeley County, West Virginia|Berkeley County]], [[West Virginia]]. Formerly known as the ''Community and Technical College of Shepherd'', it was part of [[Shepherd University|Shepherd College]] until March [[2005]], when it was accredited as an independent institution. On July 1, 2006, it was officially renamed ''Blue Ridge Community and Technical College''.
