His first book, A Vision of American Law, was widely reviewed and received the Quinnipiac
Law School award for excellence. He is the author of numerous articles, including A Legal Prescription for Bioethical Ills, published in the Quinnipiac School of Law journal. His new book, Understanding Bioethics and Law: The Promises and Perils of the Brave New World of Biotechnology was published in November, 2007.
Justice Schaller continues to maintain chambers and sit with the Appellate Court as a Judge Trial Referee.
