The listing included four contributing buildings and one contributing site--the beach area--over a 7 acres (2.8 ha) area.
It was developed on Middle Pond of the Congamond Lakes, also known as Congamond Lake. Its most significant building is the Dance Hall / Rolling Rink building. Other surviving buildings are an Arcade, a Shooting Gallery, and a Generator Shed.

The property is now owned by the town of Suffield.
