Avraham Eilam-Amzallag

Avraham Eilam-Amzallag is a musician who was born in Morocco in the year 1941, who moved to Israel as a child.

Biography

He first studied the flute, later compositional studies were completed at the Tel Aviv music academy. He is noted for having established an ensemble whose performances are of Oriental music. His compositions are described as a fusion of oriental Judaic music with contemporary technique.
