Her NCAA high scores include two 10.0s on vault, 9.95 on bars, 10.0 on beam and 9.975 on floor. Her high score in the all-around is 39.800.

Ashley earned bronze in the NCAA all-around in 2005 and was the silver medalist in 2006, 2007 and 2008. In 2007 she took bronze on the floor exercise and gold on balance beam, her signature event. In the 2008 championships she finished with a silver medal on the balance beam.
