series. Compared to most other Bemani musicians, he's the most reclusive, and is quite unheard of in North America, especially among Bemani fans who do not play DrumMania often. This is due to the fact that most of his songs are featured on DrumMania and are very difficult, and thus not commonly heard by beginners.
He was the bassist of a Visual Kei band called Blanc Neige, which released 3 songs, namely "Thanatos", "Song for You" and "Snow White." The band was composed of Daisuke, Ryo and Asaki. He also composes his own music, writes his own lyrics, and plays all of his own instruments.
Asaki likes curry and cats; often his avatar on different Bemani sites depicts him as a cat. His fondness of cats also appears in one of his characters in pop'n music.
Asaki is the sound director of Guitar Freaks V5 & DrumMania V5 Rock to Infinity, making it his first time in that position.
His first album "Shinkyoku", was released in September 16, 2005.
