Prior to becoming a national host, Gresh worked at 790 The Score in Providence for 10 years. He was paired with numerous hosts with varying degrees of success, after a number of scandals, Gresh wound up with the former New England Patriots quarterback Scott Zolak for the final 18 months. Gresh was let go, along with the rest of the staff, after the station flipped formats on March 10, 2008. He spent over 10 years on air at The Score and worked various roles. At one time Gresh was married to the daughter of an ESPN executive and owner of ESPNZone restaurants. He recently got married for the second time.
