. He has founded two companies, Buzzsaw.com, which was acquired by AutoDesk
in 2002, and MessageOne, which was acquired by Dell, Inc. in 2008.
Dell teaches a course on Business, Technology and Innovations at Columbia Business School
and is a visiting professor at the University of Texas School of Law
where he teaches a class on the role of law in innovation.
