Access Pass

The Access Pass is a card provided at no charge by the United States Federal Government to people with a permanent disability
. The pass, which works just like the Golden Age Passport
, allows the disabled person to enter any United States National Park for free, and to bring up to 3 other people when entering on foot or an unlimited number of people in a vehicle in which the disabled is traveling. Once obtained, it is valid for the remainder of the holder's life.
The Pass provides a 50 percent discount on federal use fees charged for camping, swimming, parking, boat
launching, and specialized interpretive services. Visitors must supply the pass number when making a camping reservation. In cases where there is a use fees, the pass holder receives the 50 percent price reduction.
The pass is valid for admission at lands managed the National Park Service

The pass is not valid for admission to state parks. But many U.S. states have similar programs that provide free admission to all their state park
