SquadraMia takeover

Following thorough analysis by the founders of SquadraMia (a non-profit Sports Association that aims for the purpose of purchasing and managing, including via the web, a team of Italian football, on the basis of Ebbsfleet United FC), between the managers of other teams who was arrived at the final stage of evaluation, the ASD Santarcangelo was chosen as the ideal team for the project and is still subject to "final vote" on the part of members-Presidents.

On 23 July 2009, the ASD Santarcangelo was chosen by the founders of SquadraMia as a team on which to base the project, with 96.4% of preferences (vote conducted by approximately 70% of those entitled to vote). In a few day, therefore, the negotiation will be terminated with the acquisition by the association of the majority shares of the company, or a portion of the minority shares and the right of option on the remainder.

Colors and symbol

The society uses yellow and blue, that appear also in the shield; as team's symbol they have the Romagna's cock.
