The 615 CRW includes the 570th Contingency Response Group, the 571st Contingency Response Group, the 572nd Contingency Response Group, and the 615 Contingency Operations Support Group.
The 615 CRW opened an air base for the first time in an undisclosed location in Southwest Asia in 2011. The base was previously closed.
