Jagdgeschwader 101 was a Luftwaffe fighter aircraft-training-Wing of World War II.Formed at Werneuchen from Jagdfliegerschule 1, JG 101 was created in December 1942, and were stationed from January 27, 1943 at Pau, southern France.... . It contained the 37th, 38th and 39th Fallschirmjäger Regiments, and the 11th Fallschirmjäger Artillery Regiment.
The division did not manage to form fully before the end of the war, and only isolated kampfgruppen saw combat.
