It has been planned for several years now, and was initially rumoured to be 260 m / 55 storeys. However, a planning application submitted in September 2006 revealed it to be 165 m, with 40 storeys. It was approved in April 2007, however, demolition of the building currently on the site is under way. In July 2011 It was given a 7m height increase taking the overall height to 172m

The building will contain 785772 square feet (73,000.6 m²) of office floorspace. It will stand on the other side of Camomile Street to the Heron Tower
