. Its namespace is exclusively licensed to Directi and is intended to host 2nd level domain names that provide a host of services to end consumers.

Usage

.pw will host domain names at the 2nd level (e.g. mail.pw, chat.pw etc.) and at the 3rd level for certain TLDs carved out for residents of Palau. These 6 ccTLDs are:
  • co.pw: for commercial use
  • ne.pw: for technology service providers
  • or.pw: for non-commercial organizations
  • ed.pw: for educational institutions
  • go.pw: for governmental agencies only
  • belau.pw: for indigenous art, history and culture use, tourism and general purposes


Currently there is no registration process for registering names within the .pw namespace. All 2nd level domain names are exclusively controlled by Directi.
