36 Herod Antipas is remarried. This angers his first father-in-law, Aretas de Nabatene, who demolishes Herod militarily. Antipas calls for help from Tiberius, however, Tiberius ignore the request as his governor of Syria, Vitellius is reticent to support Herod.
