Overview:
The Messier Object M32 is a Galaxy which was discovered by Le Gentil in 1749. It has an angular size of 8 x 6 arc minutes.

Location:
M32 is located within the borders of the constellation Andromeda at RA 00 42.7 and Declination 40 52. It is 2,900 light years from the planet Earth which makes it the 72nd furthest Messier Object from Earth.

In relation to the other objects from the Messier catalog, M32 is a dim deep sky object with a brightness rating of 8.1.
