hello!!

i have a problem and would like to know if it has anything to do with entering a spiral...
i gave a birth to a child (5 months ago)and 6 weeks after have had a spiral put in. Ever since then I have red spots all over my body. The doctors say that it is a virus inside of my body which gives such reaction.. or stress... or or or... so my question is: Can it be the spiral?
I am desperate...
