can anyone help me ???? q poem was published in a Bradford newspaper in 1838. The first verse is as follows;-

The Lions a London, with their cruel paw
You know they have passed a starvation Law
These tigers and wolves should be chained to a den
without power to poor women and men.

Could any one tell me whether it was the Northern star that pubished it ...if not...who did....if possible the date it was published and the author...
What was the contempory politcal pursuaion of the publishers.

I would be so so grateful for ANY information?????
