If you are not getting any reply,Then go ahead to BEAS.
You will get ample space to stay with sangat.In BEAS, You will get each and every thing with out any issue.
But if You want hostel or sarai , if You have zerox of that letter ,you can show there , They will arrange something for you.
But My opinion , Go Beas, Stay with sangat and enjoy the blissful environment of Beas with full of devotion and love.
