I'm at the foul line and the ref throws me the ball to shoot my free throw. I dribble two times but the third dribble goes off my knee and into the lane.The ref retrieves the ball and throws the ball back to me. Is this a violation? I know you would let a youth take another shot ,but how about 6th or 7th grade on up. Thank you.
