I am purchasing a 1998 Carolla VE for my son who is in grad school. It has 65,000 original miles and has a very clean engine and interior with a few minor exterior dents and scratches. I used CARFAX to help with my decision and the car seems very well taken care of. It seems like I am getting a pretty good deal for negotiating the price to $4,699 including the state inspection. Is there anything else I need to be aware of. Also what is the horse power for this year and size engine.
