My company refuses to accommodate me and put me on medical leave. Now I am without an income and no way to support myself but I'm not unemployed!

My union says it will take years to settle and even if I win I will only be compensated for my losses. Arbitrators do not assign punitive damages.

I'm told I can't sue even if I loose my job because I have a union.

The employer has illegally accessed personal medical information, made accusations that I am unstable and dangerous.

I have medical documents from several medical professionals about my physical disability and the accommodation I requested was very simple.

My Human Rights are being violated but it appears I can do nothing about it and the employer will not be held responsible.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
