I grew up on the tyne.i always wanted to follow my dad.an work in the ship yards.im a woman an in 1996 thats what i did i worked for a&ptyne in the neptune yard as a crane operator.i worked on the dagmar muersk topside conversion.along with the best offshore riggers.we need our industery i feel very strong for our industry british is best.you no its made to last.i think the goverment need to get a grip stop thinking slow boats as its not cost effective not in the long run.think globle warming why bye from china when there the biggest poluters why charge people in britain for not going green china the biggest poluters ever.FACT britain im so sesrious on this all them jobs from corus the steel works shutting down britain will regret later in life.i blame thatcher john majors for this AND LABOUR ARE STILL CARRYING OUT WHAT THEY PUT IN FORCE. i would like to be heard maureen nelson from north shields.british work for british people here here.nothing can happen without the backing off the uk.its your country freedom off speach.i need your help to go all the way.im a council tennant who has faught the council for 18 months just to have a bath fitted this is a digrace in this day an age our goverment need to get a grip quick
