Will the dredging of the River help prevent localized flooding ?, won't dredging destabilize the bridge foundations ?,I do not live in the Stamford area but our local council have been telling us that Dredging is ineffective in preventing flooding, could anyone please tell me ?, has it been effective in your area ?
