Why we are calling dinosaurs as big lizards.If so why lizards are not called as dinosaurs.Dinosaurs are called as lizards then why should we think that it is extinct when lizards exist in smaller sizes.

Maybe because we dont want lizards to be extinct, so keep different names. if you have a smaller brother or sister, they wont be named bharat2 or junior bharat. same is the way with dinosaurs.
