Why was general douglas macarthur was removed from the un army in korea?

I do believe he was dismissed by the president at the time (Harry S. Truman). The reason why is most likely the fact the Gen. MacArthur wanted to invade China to "[uproot all communism]" Which H.S. Truman believed to be too much of a hassle and by UN orders, they were only allowed to assist the Non-Communist side of Korea (Not anymore than that). I do believe MacArthur wanted to nuke the Chinese in case they resisted. (Another reason Truman fired him)
P.s. My memories are not that good but I am 85% sure of this.
