Superior judiciary has a long history of rivaliry with Pakistan Peoples Party. Reord shows that it has killed former prime minister of pakistan, Chairman Zulfikar Ali Bhutto. It has passed many judgement against Muhtarma Benazir Bhutto.
Now the situation is same, this judiciary also wants to put those persons into the high court who have a jingoistic personality and they must be against the PPP. If a man succeeds to convince the beared Chief that he is a staunch enemy of PPP and he can even lay his wife to his lordship's bed then that person can be appointed as a Judge High Court.
This presant Chief Justice of High Court is such an honest person that, to find an example of likeness of his highness is an impossible task. His highness has promoted an Additional session judge with so-called performa promotion (out of the way promotion)and made him Registrar of High Court by overriding many senior and experienced session judges. This registrar is so nice a corrupt person that can be hardly found. Many inquaries against him on the serious charges stood disposed off automatically. Beacuse the corrupt judicial officer never buy assets on thair own name so all of his property which consistes upon hundreds of kanal market value land on the name of his poor and ignorant mother by way of benami ownership. He has many other assets with the name of his relatives. But only beacuse he showed his rivailiry to PPP, as in past he had issued warrents of Late Muhtarma Benazir Bhutto Shaheed when he was judicial Magistrate in district Okara and he showed his complete submissiveness to his lordship so he was granted out of the way promotions and all of inquairies against him on the charges of curruption were closed.
And lo! His name is also present in the suggested list of Judges High Court. Thus an additional session judge can jump to the chambers of High Court. Isnt that interesting?
This is only one piece of evidence with which every sensible person can understand the true qualification and marit of selection of the Judges of High courts.
