Why not the bioengineers didn't win the Nobel prize in Physiology & Medicine? what are the basis of any grant this award???

If the bio technologists (Plant Bio Technology) joins hands with me, I will show them how we can approach the Cancer, Coma and paralysis that will fetch us Nobel. We need to work hard on this. Any one ready to come forward?
