Why is 'acesulfame' in Quaker Oats Weight Control oatmeal. This chemical is a possible carcinogenic (wik.). Studies are suspect supporting this chemical. Why, given the history of aspertame and related sweeteners, do food companies even cosider this? As a former 'corporate' employee, I know the marching orders, profits and don't rock the boat.
If food companies hold up children as their protected group for health, then try being responsible FOR ONCE!!!
Change to Stevia (plant extract, just as sweet as this chemical).
