Its very important because everything you know about a hooverville is a lie. Hoovervilles were government coverups to hide chemical and biological warfare testing. one of so called "hoovervilles" jobs were to provide perfect soldiers who don't feel pain and do not die. The result being a poison that renders the immune and nervous systems, as well as the respiritory systems unfeelable. These soldiers were able to take bullets to the head and still carry out orders for weeks.
