He must love poor people. He's like Robin Hood, stealing from the hard working rich to give to the hardworking, but also the non-hard-working poor. Come on! The goverment already has so many programs for poor people. But some lazy people take advantage of welfare, and some who really need it, don't. The goverment makes duplicates of unnesccesary programs and just burns our money.
