I was recent drvr for swift nothing but problems from day one from dm to bad equitment they promiss you everything but produse nothing i went to oriantation with 7 people there are only 2 left why is that i just dont understand any body out help me understand why swift cant retain drvrs

I know what you mean , they told me I could go home for 34 hrs , NOT 12 ! ! ! anyhoo , upon getting home I had a 6 pack , dinner and went to work the next day , told if I called off they'ed fire my ass WTF , anyhoo , said I HAD to take a AHEM , RANDOM TEST , of which I failed- btw 0.034 they waited 15 minutes took another and that came back 0.023 ! Now WTF ! now I cant find work unless its for CRST ,and you know what they pay ! its f(@&*& up the they they SAY one thing and mean the exact opposite , its what they DIDN'T tell me that mattered , that if I was to call off sick , they COULDN'T FIRE ME , then they said that it WOULD-NOT show up on my dac , capital bulls$%^ ! now no company will touch me even if I had 20 f-@#* yrs of driving on my belt.
