Pinnacle is a very unique animal. The reason the question marks appear is because the photo used was moved. I find it very useful to create a new folder and place all music, photos and videos in that folder. Once there, when imported into a new project, the question marks will no longer appears. However, if you use a photo in that folder and move or delete that photo before the project has been created as an image for burned to a CD or DVD, the question mark will re-appear because the computer cannot find where the photo was moved to.
