If you want to know how the Flextronics Batam management, do survey what happen in flextronics batam direct with the employ(non staff).

ask them how they serves worker(HRD)such as about locker( how many people serve one locker,subcon),how many time worker can possible to change uniform(shoes,smock,badge id) though it is not proper to use.

Ask about the pollution inside(related to iso 140001) as we know flextronics batam certified by iso140001, but can you see the solder manual are every where and have no exhoust and many more that I cant write down here, for more detail just see and ask the worker, not the staff.

Dear all,

It is no matter what I am doing in flextronics batam after all I have been working there about 9 years (not too long) being have an website it cost an arm and a leg if compare with my salary here as employ(production operator) we are really live from hand to mount while we work here like a dog,we never make ends meet from this dead end job.

Most of us take this as a last resort (as operator production) and this is completed our crying, the HRD here are really strange, they really give us a creeps. we are really try hard to void having a business with HRD office such as change smock,badge id,esd shoe,employment documentation,etc if we have no choice,just up set our mind go to the zoo.

Too many weird happen here, most of the Manager and engineering are coming from singaporean while this company located in Indonesia, it is rare to find an indonesian as a manager here.
While This company certified by ISO 140001,9001,9002 however we will find the manual solder are every where without exoush (proper ventilation),also we can not find a legal software using to run system ( before Flex Malaysia shut down).

well, it is not relevant to talk about this here in linkedin while I am still work in Flex Batam.
However everyone need to know Why Flex Batam become a second hand?
Why Flex Batam doesn't respect with our Nation Law?
Is mafia Flex Devolep in Batam?
If Flextronics doesn't want to employ expert from Indonesia (prefer to singaporean) to handle job such as Manager (except General manager) Why This Flextronic expand to Indonesia (Batam).

Indonesian people is not as idiot as Flex think. We are freedom and are being school too.
