Whether charge of proton and neutron has been measured independently? If so, does the charge of proton match with that of electron in magnitude? Our calculation shows that the accepted values of charge of quarks contains an error of 3%. Thus, the charge of proton should be +10/11 of electron in magnitude. Similarly, the charge of neutron should be 1/11 of electron in magnitude. Recent experiments have shown that the protons have an affinity for bonding with neutrons. This is possible if our theory as indicated above is correct. Any comments?
