Between May 2030 BC and Dec 24 of 2021 BC.
The reason is because the year of death began with Noah's 360-day new year (epoch 2370 BC Oct 12 as year 600) on the date November 1 ALL SAINTS DAY OF ALL SAINTS YEAR claiming faster aging must be God taking men to heaven to replace lost angels before the Flood. It also claimed that if kings before the Flood went back to heaven where they came from then certainly human kings would also. They had no explanation why young men appointed to rule as elders (kings) should then grow old as if God approved the appointment. While kings fled Ur and fled Ararat to go dwell in Canaan and Egypt, Gilgamesh of Ereck in his last year of rule (126 years) vowed to find Noah and ask him. He went to Ararat where the daughter-in-law of the vineyard said widowed Noah had crossed the sea to teach people how to build ships. Sinc Peleg Mesanipada died in May 2030 BC symbolized by the set of 70-day Sothis in Egypt, upong which kings who had fled Ur createdthe 365-day calendar July 12 as epagum day 1 new moon and July 17 as Pamenot 1, the visit by Gilgamesh was between that time an Noah's death which was Dec 24 of 2021 BC and 40 days before Xisuthros the spirit finished his seance on Feb 2 in 2020 BC.
The date of the panick is called the year of the monkey whose new moon in Aquarius falls on winter solstice eclipse of 2029 BC January 6, which is egyptian 6-24-340 (Noahs date 3-11-944) and his death in 2021 BC on Dec 24 is dated egyptian 6-13-349 preceding Pharaoh created the new year 350 on July 14 (Noahs 4-17-954 preceding unification of dynasty kings 1 thru 4, and 6 thru 8, on new year 955 on Sep 4 allowing 9 thru 11 as observors). Dynasty 11 joined in 1986 BC by taking over full control as one king honoring him as Saturn Osiris (13 orbits in 384 years).

The Epic of Gilgamesh is the oldest known work of literary fiction; Gilgamesh the historical person is thought to have ruled Ancient Mesopotamia in the late Early Dynastic II period (ca. 27th century BCE). The earliest extant copies of the poem date from Third Dynasty of Ur (2150-2000 BCE).

Archeologists have found evidence that the Great Flood mentioned in the Old Testament and the Epic of Gilgamesh actually happened, in the region of the Black Sea. When the world's sea levels rose at the end of the last Ice Age, the Mediterranean Sea overflowed and caused the Black Sea to expand considerably.
