When making the channel 4 dispatches program on asian sex gangs why was the link to girls who are in care being targeted not brought up and discussed ,yes i agree it can be any girls targeted but from my experience of working in the care system they are targeted as they usually have no support network and our far from the area the were brought up in ,lonely vulnerable ,low self esteem and have usually already experienced abuse and are sometimes drug users and easily influenced as they want friends and crave attention ,i think you will find the authorities and social services cover it up also as children in care is big business and can cost upto £5000 a week yes thats right £5000 a week and they dont want there money gravy train derailing ,maybe your next investigation could also delve into this or maybe the heroin trade that most of the asian sex gang members are also heavily into and its where they make there money ,cheers
