kuch Ikhtiyaarat aise hain jo Allah ne tum par chhod rakkhein hain
jo tum apni neeyat se fix karte ho
unmein se ek ye bhi hai ki
tum neki karo ya badi ye tumhare Zimme
Musalman ko Allah ne hidayat bakhshi hai
aur wo Mohammad S.A.W ka ummati hai
lekin gunaah toh wo apne nafs ki wajah se kr rha hai

Nothing can be happened without his will, but Allah gives men knowledge. see
21:35. Every soul will taste death. And We test you with evil and with good as trial; and to Us you will be returned

he tests us with multiple choices, it means we can decide whether to select the right or the wrong.

see 17:83. "When We bless the human being, he turns away and distances himself. But when adversity touches him, he is in despair."

it further proves that human have emotions, have will, and a tendency to do wrong.

now read this verse:

17:15. "Whoever is guided—is guided for his own good. And whoever goes astray—goes astray to his detriment. No burdened soul carries the burdens of another, nor do We ever punish until We have sent a messenger."

This verse gives answer to your question.

God says in several places that had He willed, he would have guided all of us. ie He could have created all of us as bio-robots. But doing so does not manifest God's real power of creation. Even you can create a robot, but you cannot create anything which has decision making power as yourself.

You have the power of thinking, that's why you have been able to raise a question ( or a doubt ).
