You can try caster bean, chew and swollow, first it'll give you stomach cramps bloody stools and vomit, you'll have fits ans go into a coma a week later your dead. 4 beans will do it.

The toxin in castor beans is ricin, and surely if you're dedicated, you can find an extraction method online that might speed things along a bit.
