What's the Iranians' main diet? Iran is a mysterious country in my eyes. I wonder what they mainly eat for three meals? Rice, bread, or noodles? Just like westerners?

Iranian main dish for lunch and dinner is rice.the also use bread very much and there are lot's of traditional food.
