What was the cause of S.J. Simon's death? My understanding was that he had just finished playing bridge. The source I read was discussing a 6 spade bid he had made. Then this sentence: "An hour later he was dead."
I have been unable to discover the circumstances of his passing. He was only forty-four years old.
