Yukawa potential

What value do the constants in the Yukawa potential for protons and neutrons have? There is a repulsive Coulomb potential between positively charged atomic cores consisting of protons and neutrons. as I understand if an atomic core approaches close enough to another atomic core there is an atractive potential that overcomes the Coulomb potential pulling the cores tugether. This potential is the Yukawa potential. What are the values of the Yukawa potential constants for one atomic core with P1 protons and N1 neutrons and a second atomic core with P2 Protons and N2 neutrons?

I am an Electrical Engineer (Ph. D) with SOME physics and Quantum mechanics knowlege.

Thank you
