It would likey would have been a relay for the telegraph, and may-be whistle stop for the logging companys, fur trappers. As for plans you might want to try the engineering dept. in the C.P.R. office in Sudury or Toronto.
As most if not all stations were built of the same floor plan, this making it easier the assemble or construct what ever the case may be.
