What is the best type of office chair for low back/disk problems?

My gf has back problems and I want to get him a massage chair, where can I find a good inexpensive one? She is a Software Engineer, working on computer for a long time period, Her pain is increasing in other parts of body like Neck Pain, Pain In Wrists & Fingers etc. Plz suggest me what i should do?

Eames Soft Pad Executive Chair is very comfortable for that persons who has back problems. Their continuous seat back creates a firm and flexible sitting pocket, rather than a separate seat back and seat pan like most chairs.
