Fcf - not sure. But solubility is around 12% at 27 deg. cel.
It is availabe as dye as well as lake. But normally, if lake is used, the word "Lake" is added either before or after "Brilliant Blue FCF" - so without "Lake" - we need to presume it is a dye form
