What is it going to take to get ford motor company to step to the plate and figure out what is wrong with my 2011 ford f-350 duelly? I bought the truck new in August 2010 one week later the check engine light cane on. After being in the shop six different times in five month's,For the same reason may i add the code it was pulling was exhaust filter system. When i had 56,000 miles on the truck while driving down the interstate 75 in Ocala FL. with no warning it broke number 3&4 exhaust valves,One head,Two piston's,And cylinder wall.Ford put a complete new engine in my truck,Upon getting my truck out of the Ocala ford two days later same stuff check engine light and a strainge tick in engine. Truck was taken back to Ocala ford and scanned and determined that number 4 cylinder had some issues and exhaust filter code as well. Ford was notified and i took it to yet another dealership (david Raegan ford )in perry Ga. scanned and same issues again.
