What if their plan had actually gone, well, according to plan? Would Mark have let that happen? Or would he have found some way to make him die?

Oh, I fully believe it was Mark's intentions to kill him all along. He was dragging everyone else along the ride, knowing he would make his move at one point and kill him by "accident". Then, everyone would have kept going along with him like they did in the story. Now, it makes me wonder if Mark had known that he wouldn't survive without his pills, somehow. It's not like Mark would just go on and kill someone without getting some, uh, 'background information' on them first, hmmm? I guess we'll never know.

Yes that makes sense. I think that mark had an uncanny way of knowing things about people. He was very observant. Why do you think he was a serial killer?
